Process Lead

* Workday Process Lead role - you'll take ownership of Workday processes, understanding process maps, collaborating across teams, and ensuring business rules and approvals are effectively managed * $130,000 - $140,000 inclusive of super, permanent role * Hybrid working with plenty of flexibility

The Organisation:

A large Healthcare organisation, known for it's patient-first approach, strong culture and dynamic internal teams

What you will do:

You will take ownership of key Workday streams, understanding the end-to-end process flows and back-end business rules that drive HR processes such as job requests, remuneration approvals, leave management, contract extensions, and more. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring processes are optimised and aligned with organisational needs.

You will also play a pivotal role in implementing updates from Workday’s biannual product releases, improving the system’s user experience whilst ensuring compliance with business requirements.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience working with Workday (Essential)
• Experience in the Healthcare industry (Highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies, with the ability to align workflows to business rules.
• Excellent communication skills to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in process mapping and analysis
• Ability to lead changes and manage system updates with confidence.
• Comfortable managing complexity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in training and building knowledge within teams.
• Knowledge of testing processes for system changes
