Scrum Master

About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices and driving digital transformation initiatives. As a Scrum Master, you will guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring efficient sprint execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and prioritisation of the product backlog.
• Coach team members on agile principles and practices to improve processes and performance.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure team productivity and successful delivery of sprint goals.
• Foster a collaborative and open team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support the organisation's digital transformation goals by aligning agile processes with strategic objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to guide and coach teams in agile practices and principles.
• Experience working on digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
