Save job

Our client is seeking a dedicated Change Practitioner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to independently support projects from ideation through to post-delivery, including the development and implementation of change plans. You will be involved in stakeholder engagement, organisation and coordination of training, and contribute to the continuous improvement of their Change Practice.

What you'll do:

As a Change Practitioner, your role will be diverse and dynamic. You will have the opportunity to independently support various projects, developing and implementing comprehensive change plans. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be utilised in engaging with stakeholders and organising training initiatives. A key part of your role will also involve contributing to the continuous improvement of the Change Practice. While you may require assistance from seasoned professionals for complex projects, your input in formulating change strategies will be invaluable.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Change Practitioner role brings a wealth of experience in supporting projects independently. Your strong ability to develop and implement change plans sets you apart, as does your knack for engaging with stakeholders effectively. Experience in organising and coordinating training initiatives is essential, as is a commitment to continuous improvement efforts. While guidance may be required for complex projects, your ability to formulate change strategies is crucial.
