Change Practitioner
Our client is seeking a dedicated Change Practitioner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to independently support projects from ideation through to post-delivery, including the development and implementation of change plans. You will be involved in stakeholder engagement, organisation and coordination of training, and contribute to the continuous improvement of their Change Practice.
While you may need assistance from more experienced professionals for complex projects, your role will be integral in formulating change strategies. Although not expected to work at a portfolio-level, you may be assigned to more than one project at a time.
What you'll do:
As a Change Practitioner, your role will be diverse and dynamic. You will have the opportunity to independently support various projects, developing and implementing comprehensive change plans. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be utilised in engaging with stakeholders and organising training initiatives. A key part of your role will also involve contributing to the continuous improvement of the Change Practice. While you may require assistance from seasoned professionals for complex projects, your input in formulating change strategies will be invaluable.
