Change Analyst

Our client is looking for a Change Analyst/Trainer who will be a key contributor to one of the largest ERP transformation projects in well known FMCG. The Change Analyst / Trainer will play a key role in ensuring the success of ERP transformation program by focusing on the people side of change. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical communication, and training design skills, as well as an understanding of ERP systems and the unique challenges of the meat processing industry.

Working as part of the OCM team and reporting to the OCM Manager, this role will be responsible for analysing change impacts, coordinating training initiatives, and supporting employees in adopting new ERP systems and processes. The role combines change management expertise with a strong focus on developing and delivering tailored training content to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills required to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and employee roles to identify and document the impacts of the ERP transformation
  • Collaborate with the OCM Manager to develop actionable change management plans, ensuring alignment with the overall ERP transformation strategy.
  • Assess organisational readiness for change and identify key areas requiring additional support during the transition.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Support stakeholder analysis to identify their concerns
  • Work with the OCM team to develop and deliver targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the transformation journey

Training Development:

  • Design and develop tailored training materials for various user groups, including production floor employees, administration staff, and leadership teams.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) to equip employees with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the new ERP system.
  • Implement interactive tools such as in-app guidance, user manuals, and e-learning modules to support employee learning and proficiency.

Essential:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organisational change management, training, or ERP implementation roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, including their functionality and role in business process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proficiency with training tools and technologies such as e-learning platforms, in-app guidance systems, and content creation software.
