What you'll do:

As a Senior Information Security Consultant of Cyber Threat Intelligence, you will be at the forefront of protecting our business from potential cyber threats. Your role will involve producing detailed analytic products on cyber threats, identifying and analysing emerging issues, and delivering assessments promptly. You will also provide briefs or presentations on cyber threat actors, maintain an advanced understanding of contemporary and developing threats in the Asia-Pacific region, support junior analysts, and collaborate with other teams within the Information Security Group.

  • Produce clear, concise and well-researched analytic products on cyber threats, including situation reports and analyst reports.
  • Identify, analyse and deliver short-turnaround assessments on emerging cyber threat issues.
  • Provide briefs or presentations on cyber threat actors.
  • Maintain an advanced situational awareness of contemporary and developing threats in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Support and mentor junior analysts.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the Information Security Group.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Information Security Consultant role will bring extensive experience in intelligence analysis and/or cyber security analysis. You will have highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong research, critical thinking, and analysis skills. An advanced understanding of major cyber threats to financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region is essential. A good technical background or incident response experience is desirable, as is a good understanding of concepts such as the intelligence cycle, Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework. An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as cyber security, computer science or security studies is mandatory.

  • 5+ years in an intelligence analysis and/or cyber security analysis role (government or private).
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong research, critical thinking and analysis skills (with formal training a bonus).
  • Advanced understanding of major cyber threats to financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Good technical background or incident response experience (CISSP/CEH or equivalent skill set ideal).
  • Good understanding of concepts such as the intelligence cycle, Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as cyber security, computer science or security studies is mandatory.
