Our client is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Engineer to become a part of their dynamic Digital Security Team. **What You'll Do:**
As an IDAM Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping our client's digital security landscape with a focus on SailPoint. You will lead the development and operation of identity and access solutions, ensuring robust security measures are in place. Your expertise will be vital in managing both the Identity Governance (IGA) solution and the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. You will have the opportunity to develop identity and access standards that will guide the broader DI&T team. Additionally, you will manage the Identity and Access team, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.

- Lead the implementation and management of the SailPoint Identity Governance (IGA) solution.
- Oversee the operation of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
- Develop identity and access standards for the broader DI&T team.
- Manage the Identity and Access team.
- Define a strategy and roadmap for identity and access management.
- Provide support and subject matter expertise for key identity projects involving IGA and PAM.
- Design an operating model including policies, processes, and procedures for identity and access management.
- Ensure ongoing operations of the IGA platform, including onboarding new applications and delivering new features in line with the Identity strategy, as well as daily operations, patching, and maintenance.

**What You Bring:**
The ideal candidate for this IDAM Engineer role will have extensive experience delivering and maintaining IGA and PAM platforms, especially SailPoint, within complex organisations. You possess relevant certifications such as CISSP or vendor-specific qualifications. Your strong track record in cyber defense showcases your ability to tackle challenges effectively. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring a unified approach to digital security. Your knowledge of contemporary DevSecOps practices will be invaluable in this role. As a leader, you have experience mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Proven experience delivering and maintaining IGA and PAM platforms, particularly SailPoint, in complex organisations.
- Relevant Certifications (CISSP, vendor certifications).
- Strong track record in cyber defense.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of contemporary DevSecOps practices.
- High-level communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience leading and mentoring security teams.
- Passion for technological trends and developments in digital security.
