Penetration Testers (2+ Years Exp)

We're hiring across multiple levels for Offensive Security Consultants to join well-established, fast-growing security consultancy teams. These roles focus purely on penetration testing and red team engagements for top-tier enterprise and government clients. What you'll do:

As an Offensive Security Consultant, you'll deliver high-impact security testing across a variety of client environments. You’ll focus on manual penetration testing, simulate real-world attacks, and help clients understand and strengthen their security posture. Your work may also involve elements of Red Teaming, custom tooling, and direct collaboration with stakeholders during both pre- and post-engagement phases.

• Conduct manual penetration testing across applications, infrastructure, and mobile/native platforms
• Simulate real-world attack scenarios as part of Red Team operations
• Assist with scoping, reporting, and debriefs during pre- and post-sales engagements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of offensive tooling and techniques

What you bring:

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years' commercial experience in Offensive Security. You'll need strong communication skills for client engagement and reporting. An OSCP is highly regarded, and essential for some of these roles.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Penetration Testing or Security Consulting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• OSCP certification highly desirable
