Senior Technical Lead

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to take charge of their key projects. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in PL/SQL and significant experience in the financial sector. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, driving project success, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

What you'll do:


As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of our client's key projects. Your role will involve leading a dedicated development team, owning the technical direction of projects, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. You'll also:

  • Design, develop, and optimise PL/SQL code and database solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Technical Lead position brings a wealth of experience from previous roles. You have proven your expertise in PL/SQL development and have extensive experience in the financial industry as well as:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
