What you'll do:
As a Principal Solution Architect, your role will be pivotal in shaping the IT landscape of our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business objectives and challenges. Leveraging your extensive experience in IT consulting, you will develop strategic IT roadmaps that align with these objectives. Your expertise in managed services, infrastructure design, and project delivery will enable you to design comprehensive IT solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. Leading project initiatives from inception to completion will be a key part of your role. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on various aspects of IT including infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and IT requirements.
- Develop strategic IT roadmaps and recommendations aligned with clients' objectives.
- Design comprehensive IT solutions leveraging the company's portfolio of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure offerings.
- Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging IT trends.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all IT-related matters.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Principal Solution Architect role brings a wealth of experience in IT consulting. With over 8 years of experience focusing on managed services, you have honed your skills in infrastructure design and project delivery. Your technical proficiency in Azure, Microsoft 365, networking technologies, virtualization, and cybersecurity sets you apart. You have a proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to completion. Your excellent communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. As a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, you are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP) preferred.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT consulting with a focus on managed services.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to completion.
- Strong technical proficiency in Azure, Microsoft 365 , networking technologies, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
