Architecture Practice Manager

As an Architecture Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of the organisation. You will lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Your excellent leadership skills will enable you to engage, support, and develop your team members while promoting organisational objectives around engagement and culture change.

What you'll do:

• Lead the enterprise architecture practice and direct the delivery of technology architecture services.
• Manage relationships with business partners, IT change management, and IT support functions.
• Ensure that technology solutions are delivered to achieve business goals and can be effectively supported.
• Create enterprise architecture principles to support business objectives.
• Develop technology portfolio transition roadmap plans.
• Champion the organisation's vision, purpose, and strategy.
• Engage, support, motivate and develop capability and potential in others.
• Promote organisational objectives around engagement and culture change.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in IT Architecture management. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to build consensus and facilitate collaborative decision-making processes. You possess excellent communication skills which allow you to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels. Your extensive experience with the design, delivery, and governance of Technology services within a complex commercial or regulated environment sets you apart from others.

• Proven experience in an IT Architecture management role.
• Strong leadership & management skills.

• Extensive experience with the design, delivery, and governance of Technology services within a complex commercial or regulated environment.
• Experience in managing a team of IT Architects.
• Experience in delivering Technology strategy papers and architecture roadmaps.
