  • Lead the deployment of next-generation network technologies to ensure optimal performance, availability and flexibility.
  • Oversee the end-to-end operation of on-premises data centres, ensuring best-in-class performance and up-time.
  • Champion a security-first mindset, ensuring all networking and data centre designs, processes, and platforms adhere to stringent security standards.

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, additional certifications CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent (CCIE preferred), data centre, cloud, or security are a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams. Experience managing budgets, setting strategic direction, and driving cultural change.

  • Security Focus: Demonstrable track record of implementing security best practices (Zero Trust, segmentation, encryption) within network/data centre environments.
  • Critical Infrastructure Know-How: Experience working in or supporting OT environments, with a strong understanding of reliability and safety considerations.

Overall, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with the ability to build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and decision makers.
