An exciting opportunity for a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join a global organisation based in South Sydney. This role involves basic hardware/network troubleshooting and Office 365 support.
- Supporting Office 365 and administration of Active Directory
- Setup of Windows desktop and Microsoft Office
- Network and hardware troubleshooting - basic
- 1+ years' experience in a Level 1 helpdesk role
- Experience supporting Office 365 and Active Directory
- Experience in basic network and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills both verbal and oral
Immediate start for this 6 month contract with the possibility to extend.
