Exciting entry level opportunity for a switched on Service Desk Analyst to join a growing team with multiple career opportunities.
About the company
This leading information technology company based in Sydney CBD is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to deliver support and manage business requests for our end customer.
Key responsibilities
• Respond to all service desk tickets promptly and efficiently
• Work within the service desk team provide first level support to an external customer
• Manage escalations of tickets to senior support as required
• Provide strong customer service in accordance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Key requirements
• A Baseline Security clearance is essential (due to sensitive nature of work)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Office 2003/2007 (including MS Outlook 2007)
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service to customers and colleagues
• Experience working in Service Desk/ IT Support (Desirable)
• Relevant ICT qualification or certification (Desirable)
