Working on a rotating roster of 4 days on 4 days off, this is a great role for a Service Desk Analyst looking to work on a major client site for a well known IT Vendor. In this role, you will be part of a team that provides 24/7 service to a large number of users. You will be the first point of contact for any issues relating to IT support and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service.
This role is perfect for a level 1 to Level 2 Service Desk Analyst looking to grow their career in a well known organisation with excellent growth opportunities. As part of a growing team, you will get exposure to new technologies and given a chance to expand your technical skills within the organisation.
Working as part of the Service Desk team, this position will be the first point of contact for their 24/7 Help Desk. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to the users as well as logging and resolving tickets. The successful applicant will be required to work on a rotating roster of 4 days on 4 days off with one night shift in that swing.
To be successful for the role you will:
- have at least two years' experience in a similar role
- have excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- be able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- have excellent troubleshooting abilities
- be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- have excellent time management skills
- be able to prioritise tasks and recognise priority incidents
