About The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Hybrid environments to continue a tech transformation. The ideal candidate is experienced in IT Infrastructure in Hybrid On-Premises and cloud-based tech, with a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and the ability to customise them to help our business become more secure and efficient. In addition, extensive knowledge of Infrastructure maintenance and advanced industry knowledge is key to keeping us on the cutting edge. From day one, you'll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations and an ongoing effect on our overall growth.



Responsibilities Required:

• Maintain hyper-converged infrastructure (VxRail), Microsoft's Azure Cloud, Backup and Recovery (CommVault).
• Provide escalation, troubleshooting and support across a broad suite of infrastructure and networking equipment.
• System administration, engineering, provisioning, operation, maintenance, and support of internal infrastructure.
• Responsible for the day-to-day BAU activities, you will be focused on proactively and reactively managing the Citrix related corporate infrastructure for the business
• Assist in defining, maintaining, and monitoring compliance to Citrix related security and software policies for the business.
• Highly motivated, possessing a strong sense of urgency, and excel at multi-tasking.

Experience Required:

• Formal qualifications at a degree level and / or ICT industry certifications. Experience working in a multi-site environment.
• Relevant industry experience in supporting ICT infrastructure in a multi-site organisation.
• Advanced computer literacy, high level of oral and written communication skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge about VMware management tools (vCenter, vRealize Operations, VMware Configuration Manager).
• Demonstrate knowledge of Infrastructure systems and software covering Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN).
