MOE Engineer

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and iOS device management. You will play a key role in configuring, deploying, and maintaining secure and efficient mobile and endpoint management solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and manage iOS devices using Microsoft Intune and other mobile device management (MDM) tools.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of endpoint security policies for mobile devices, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices (iOS), Intune, and MDM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile devices and applications into the broader IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for mobile device management processes and policies.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal operation of mobile devices and MDM solutions.
• Provide end-user support and training for mobile device usage and security protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to mobile device management, especially within the Intune and iOS ecosystems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mobile device management (MDM), specifically with Microsoft Intune and iOS platforms.
• Strong understanding of iOS configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Android management via Intune is a plus.
• Solid understanding of mobile security best practices and data protection techniques.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automating device management tasks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
