We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to oversee the transition from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-based system. This role requires strategic planning, hands-on technical expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver seamless service transitions and ongoing operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end transition from legacy systems to a cloud-based CMS, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Design, implement, and optimise CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Oversee and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environments, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support for day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to align transition plans with business goals and technical requirements.
• Ensure all processes and deliverables meet compliance, security, and governance standards.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics, reporting structures, and service improvement plans to drive operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive background in IT service delivery and transition management, including migrating from legacy systems to cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and CI/CD frameworks, with hands-on experience in deployment pipelines.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to lead teams and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Previous experience working in or delivering projects for government organisations is a plus.
