ICT Support Officer - Dual Site Role (Nowra and Shellharbour)
As an ICT Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, spiritual, and pastoral needs of students through technology. You will be part of an on-site support team that assists end users in utilising ICT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing first and second-level support, delivering quality customer service promptly to staff and students, assisting in implementing the School's ICT strategy, managing communication equipment, and travelling between locations as needed. * Provide 1st and 2nd support to end users * Deliver high quality reactive and proactive customer service to staff and students * Assist in the implementation and management of the School’s ICT strategy * Ensure coverage is split equally between both colleges during a work week * Responsible for the efficient function of the school’s communication equipment: telephone system, bells, and sound * Travel between locations as required

- Demonstrated experience in working as part of a team and autonomously
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise workload
- Experience of supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems
- Ability to support end-user hardware and software
- Prior experience in O365 and Windows support
- Ability to drive between the two sites
- Ability to train and support staff and students across the campus
- Experience in managing a team workload in accordance with SLA’s
- Have permanent working rights: be at least an Australian PR or Citizen
- Ability to obtain a working with children check (WWCC)
- The ability to provide high levels of customer service and engagement to the school's students, staff and parents
