Project Coordinator

• Delivery: Support the program or project manager in delivering programs and projects within the agreed-upon scope, time, and budget.

○ Time: Support the development of a project schedule of activities and deliverables
to deliver the project outcomes within time-boxed periods (e.g. sprints).
○ Cost: Support the creation of cost estimates for all project resources (such as
people, tools, and infrastructure) needed to deliver the project outcomes and work
within those costs, forecasts, and actuals using appropriate frameworks and
governance.
○ Stakeholder: support in identifying key stakeholders and maintaining a
stakeholder list
○ Risks and Issues: Support in identifying and managing Risks, Issues &
Dependencies and documents in RAID register, facilitate a regular review session
and ensure agreed mitigations are in progress

• Communication: Effectively communicate with our partners and team within the project.
• Evolve: Support evolving our system, tools, and templates by identifying and driving improvements to unlock efficiencies.
• Project administration: including, but not limited to, raising and managing POs, keeping minutes, scheduling meetings, assisting with group meetings/ team events, managing Google folders

Essential:
● Well organised, strong attention to detail, a drive to get things done
● Good communicator, both written and verbal
● Ability to handle concurrent activities while under pressure
● Intermediate Level Proficiency with key office suite (Google or Microsoft)
● Ability to work in a high-performance culture, with a strong desire to work at pace
● Strong analytical, statistical and modelling skills
● Able to anticipate change and proactively identify opportunities
Desirable:
● 1+ years experience in project or multi-disciplined environment
● Understanding of Procore and its use in the project lifecycle
● Good understanding of store operations
● Intermediate Level Proficiency with workflow tools(Jira or Asana) and v-whiteboard Miro
● Experience in working Agile is an advantage.
