Project Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to play a pivotal role in transforming the way clinicians work. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation within the healthcare sector, working closely with Clinical Directors to transition workflows from paper-based to digital. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the roll out of a medical tasker application, making a significant impact on efficiency and patient care.

Note: This project is based in Cairns and will require some on site work - open to candidates based in Brisbane who are happy to travel as required

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Clinical Directors to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for digitisation
  • Support and manage roll out of a new medical tasker application
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Travel as required to ensure successful implementation across multiple sites
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring milestones are met
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

What you will bring:

  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience within the health/medical industry
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of digital transformation processes
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
