Project Manager

Our client is embarking on a significant program of works to transition all ICT services to alternate supply arrangements. A key initiative within this program is the Corporate File Migration Project. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to contribute significantly to this high-profile project, engaging with data owners and custodians, developing strategies and plans, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new solution.

What you'll do:

You will play a pivotal role in our client's Corporate File Migration Project. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of the project, from contributing to Business Requirement Specifications, engaging with service providers and internal stakeholders, conducting transition planning and execution, to ensuring an effective support model for the future state. You will also collaborate with other projects that have inter-dependencies, making your role crucial in the successful delivery of this high-profile project.

• Contribute to the development of Business Requirement Specifications
• Engage with the current Service Provider to confirm current data ownership and access
• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders on user acceptance testing and transition planning
• Conduct transition to the new solution
• Collaborate with parallel projects and activities that have inter-dependencies
• Ensure that the future state has an effective support model

The ideal candidate for this Project Manager role brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in areas such as Microsoft DFS File Structures, Data Migration, SharePoint, Identity and Access Management, and Data Retention and Compliance. Your ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, coupled with your strong project management skills, will ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.

• Knowledge of Microsoft DFS File Structures
