Our client is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategic Design and Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives in a complex environment. What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager, Strategic Design and Delivery, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to the strategic management approach, developing plans to drive forward strategies, and collaborating with key stakeholder groups across the organisation. Your role will also involve implementing demand management analysis, monitoring emerging technologies, providing leadership to the project delivery team, and managing overall performance of both permanent and contracted staff.

• Ensure all stakeholders adhere to the strategic management approach through the Technology Master Plan and ITS Governance.
• Develop and communicate plans to drive forward the strategy.
• Collaborate with peers and key stakeholder groups across the organisation to ensure application delivery and support is optimised.
• Implement demand management analysis and planning activities.
• Monitor the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.
• Provide leadership and management to the project delivery team.
• Manage overall performance of individuals and groups both permanent and contracted staff.
