Senior Delivery Lead

This role presents an exciting opportunity to spearhead consulting engagements and drive business outcomes across a diverse portfolio of clients. As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be at the heart of digital transformation projects.

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will be at the helm of leading numerous consulting engagements and bring extensive experience in technology systems domain. Your exceptional problem-solving skills will ensure that all engagements deliver the desired business outcomes, cultivating sustainable business relationships and ensuring Projects are delivered on time and to high standard. You will drive and be heavily involved in leading consulting engagements, mentoring staff and optimising Project sustainability. You will develop robust operation concepts and change management plans to ensure sustained operational readiness. Our clients, main Contracts sit with the main players in and around Perth, including Tier 1 Miners and Oil & Gas clients. They are heavily involved in some exciting and key projects for these clients including:

• Digital Transformation
• Smart maintenance & Supply chain optimisation
• Autonomy and AI
• Data engineering and enablement
• Operational Technologies including Control Systems
• Applications integration
• Digital twin simulation and planning
• Industrial communications

Responsibilities:

• Leading Engagements: You will provide Portfolio or Program Management leadership for multiple consulting engagements with existing and target clients.
• Ensure engagements deliver the business outcomes to the satisfaction of the client.
• Provide quality assurance and delivery assurance across engagements.
• Mentor consultants to develop and achieve optimised results for the client.
• Collaborate with management team to enhance and develop domain offerings.
• Build relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and executive/senior management as well as with operational teams in the client environment.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Delivery position brings extensive experience and knowledge in the technology systems domain. You have worked across the life cycle of projects using various methodologies, consistently delivering required client outcomes. Your proven ability in building strategic road maps has led to sound and robust business cases. You are adept at selecting the best product based on customer requirements and have experience operating in an advisory or consulting capacity. You will need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident that are located in Australia. Currently they will not be offering Employment Sponsorship.

• Extensive experience and knowledge in technology systems domain.
• Experience across the lifecycle of projects across all methodologies.
• Proven ability in building strategic roadmaps leading to sound and robust business cases.
• Ability to select the best product based on customers' requirements.
• Experience operating in an advisory/consulting capacity.
• Strong logical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
