Senior PMO Analyst



Responsibilities:

  • Deliver value adding and actionable, planned and ad-hoc reports to diverse stakeholders. These are likely to include governance decks, status analysis, PPM extracts, some spreadsheet modelling, register extracts, portfolio and audit actions logs, benefits registers.
  • Support the portfolio, program and project management, through the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, processes, tools, techniques, templates and checklists, under the guidance of a PMO Manager.
  • Business administration, support and improvement of PPM tools, including business intelligence reports. These are likely to include becoming fluent in the current PPM tool (Clarity) and assisting in improvements, assisting in governance minute taking and actions follow ups, running BI reports.
  • Support inter PMO co-ordination, and work collaboratively across the organisation to uplift capability, under the guidance of a PMO Manager. This are likely to include supporting inter PMO forums, assisting in running workshops with diverse participants, being able to develop as a point of expertise on some parts of the delivery methodologies.
  • Develop and implement standard PPM methods and approaches, tailoring and flexing guidelines, standards and approaches where practical, , under the guidance of a PMO Manager.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years PMO/PMO analyst experience, preferably in a Portfolio Management environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in business/IT management, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • PM Accreditations including PRINCE2, PMBOK, AgilePM or similar qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Previous experience with PPM tools.
