Project Manager – Business & Systems Integration

We’re looking for a business-savvy Project Manager to drive the next phase of a strategic integration program following a recent acquisition. The people integration is done – now it’s time to bring the systems and processes together to support the future state.

About the Role:
You’ll lead the integration of marketing platforms, websites, operations processes, policies, infrastructure, and telephony across multiple workstreams. It’s a broad scope, requiring someone who can connect the dots from a business and people perspective – supported by tech SMEs.

• Business-facing role, working closely with integration leadership
• Fast-paced, matrix environment with access to BAU resources
• In-house systems – focus is on process and stakeholder integration
• You'll be supported by a strong change function, but expected to lead delivery and planning for your workstreams

What You’ll Bring

• Experience delivering business and operations system integrations, ideally post-M&A
• Comfortable planning decommissioning, onboarding stakeholders, and navigating complex change
• Strong change management and communication skills – ability to bring people with you
• Background in regulated environments (financial services ideal)
• Ability to "make it happen" – detailed integration planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment
