This well known organisation is currently undergoing a period of transition, so require a Change Manager to manage people, process and culture change. These projects are business critical and highly visible, focusing on operational improvement. The successful candidate must have excellent impact assessment and stakeholder management skills. Please note, this is a twelve month fixed term contract.
As a Change Manager, you will:
- Manage the change strategy for operational projects
- Work with teams across the business to improve efficiency
- Conduct impact and stakeholder assessments
- Recommend training and communication plans
This is a twelve month fixed term contract.
Required Skills and Experience
As a Change Manager, you will have:
- 2+ years of Change Management experience
- Experience managing process, people and culture change
- Excellent impact and stakeholder assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
