Digital Workplace Engineer

The company:

A privately owned Australian Managed Service Provider (MSP) that began their journey twenty years ago and have grown to become one of the biggest local cloud services providers. The business has an exceptional track record of growth in the last decade and have no plans in slowing down.

This role is based in their Sydney CBD office.

You will:

• Provide L2/L3 desktop, networking and windows server support
• Have strong knowledge of SCCM/In tune
• Have management and leadership experience- 2IC role
• Have 3-5+ years of experience within a technical role

You will have:

• Hands on experience using troubleshooting technologies
• Strong experience in Microsoft In tune
• Strong hands-on experience with application packaging on SCCM
• The ability to work autonomously and priorities workload
• The interpersonal skills to lead a team and train junior IT staff
