The Role
We are looking for a talented fullstack engineer with an emphasis on the frontend. With a modern JavaScript tech stack and freedom to explore new tech, you will use your skills in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS to contribute to the frontend and fullstack systems of Aussie banking.
The Company
Join a team of over 500 in Australia, working closely with our awesome teams in engineering, product management, customer support, sales and other functions within the business to deliver outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Contribute through the whole delivery life cycle, from inception to production, through to planning, development and testing, contributing at every stage
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Consuming APIs to new channels
- Experiment with technologies!
Key Skills / Experience
- Great experience with standard web technologies, JavaScript (ReactJS, NodeJS)
- Understanding of good architecture, basing decisions on value rather than practice
- Experience with building services and APIs
- A collaborative approach to working together with other engineers, product managers and UX designers
