Join a Leading Global Mining Software Company as a Senior Software Developer working on their suite of products with a focus on Machine Learning and advanced algorithms.
About the role:
In this newly created role, you will have the ability to develop Machine Learning (ML) models and processing software. You will have an understanding of object-orientated software engineering principles and experience in design, implementation and optimisation of software algorithms to explain to other members of the team.
Key requirements & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar field
- Proven knowledge of fundamentals of ML, data mining and statistical predictive modelling with experience applying these methods to real world problems.
- Strong skills in software prototyping and engineering with expertise in programming languages Python, C# or C++.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks, preferably Keras and TensorFlow.
- Development experience in Windows environment (Visual C++, STL and MFC)
- Understanding of the Exploration and/or Mining domains is highly desirable
