Senior Data Quality Engineer

To ensure the quality of the data platforms in cloud environments, the client is looking for a Senior Data Quality Engineer to join the team to leverage the project quality and test the quality of the data for the project.

About the role
As a Senior Data Quality Developer, you’ll be responsible for testing data pipelines on AWS using relevant technology, running ETL and SQL testing, and collaborating agilely with various stakeholders.

What you will do

• Test data pipelines on AWS using Spark, EMR, Lambda and Athena
• ETL and SQL testing
• Prepare tests and test data in the development pipeline
• Responsible for testing and maintaining the quality of the data platform

What you must have

• Australian citizenship or PR
• 5 years of experience in automated test scripts
• Experience with testing data pipelines on AWS
• Understanding of Python, Java, Spark SQL
• Hands-on experience in ETL, SQL testing
• Ability to write unit tests, and integration tests for the project
