The Senior Business Analyst works across the business to define needs and problems and translate them in a set of unambiguous, verified, and tested requirements. This role supports product owners, tech managers and business stakeholders in the preparation of opportunities and recommendation of solutions that deliver value. It analyses needs and requirements and makes them understood by the squad and/or project team by facilitating clear and open communication between business stakeholders, squads, and project teams, defining and monitoring progress on the solution scope, managing the requirements over the initiative/project lifecycle, validating the solution with business stakeholders, and producing fit for purpose documentation.
