Automation Test Engineer

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automation Test Engineer to join their team. What you'll do:

• You will design, develop and execute automation scripts using approved testing tools.
• Your role will involve identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs.
• You will perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Monitoring debugging process results will fall under your purview.
• You will stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

What you bring:

As an Automation Test Engineer, you bring a wealth of experience in software development and quality assurance. Your strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes sets you apart from others. You have hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing as well as automated testing tools. Your ability to write clear, concise test plans and test cases demonstrates your attention to detail. A solid understanding of SQL and scripting is essential for this role. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process would be beneficial. Any additional experience with performance or security testing would be considered a plus.

• Proven experience in software development and quality assurance.
• Strong experience testing on Salesforce CRM Implementations
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
