What you'll do:

As an Oracle HCM Technical Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing maintainable code that supports risk and compliance management. You will work across various projects and applications, providing application asset lifecycle management advice. Leading the resolution of complex service issues will be a key part of your role. You will also collaborate with project team members and vendors, communicating context and business rules to partners. Staying updated with industry and technical trends is crucial to recommend changes to application development, maintenance, and integration.

• Developing, maintaining, and designing technical solutions for the Human Capital Management transformation programme
• Providing expert technical and HR domain expertise
• Delivering high-level and detailed functional and technical solutions to business requirements
• Applying expert knowledge of systems for optimal design
• Leading the resolution of complex service issues
• Collaborating with project team members and vendors
• Communicating context and business rules to partners
• Staying updated with industry and technical trends

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Oracle HCM Technical Lead position brings extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM development, support, and maintenance. You have specialist application knowledge and experience with systems integration. Your background includes working in the HR domain, specifically in modules including Absence, T&L and Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance. As a tech lead in a large organisation, you are adept at interacting with multiple teams and systems while managing system integrations. Your experience spans end-to-end implementation projects for various HCM modules.
