What you'll do:
As an Oracle HCM Technical Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing maintainable code that supports risk and compliance management. The ideal candidate for the Oracle HCM Technical Lead position brings extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM development, support, and maintenance. You have specialist application knowledge and experience with systems integration. Your background includes working in the HR domain, specifically in modules including Absence, T&L and Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance. As a tech lead in a large organisation, you are adept at interacting with multiple teams and systems while managing system integrations. Your experience spans end-to-end implementation projects for various HCM modules.
