Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to lead the test cycles for two significant projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.


Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, time management and decision-making abilities
• Solid understanding of testing methods with a hands-on approach
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and decisions.
• Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.

Experience:
• Significant experience (9+ years) in a test leadership role with some HR ERP software.
• Skilled in manual testing across test cycles including System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test.
• Experience with Workforce Management (Time and Attendance, Rostering, Scheduling) systems.
• Experience working in the higher education sector.

• Test Schedule - all test cycles.
• Test Scenarios and Scripts - all test cycles.
• Test Data - all test cycles.
• Test Status Report - all test cycles.
