What you'll do:

• Guide solutions development across Workflow Centre of Excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative workflow solutions
• Guide the technical direction of the platform by providing expert advice on design standards and ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Support the engineering team by promoting agile methodologies and fostering an engaged workforce dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure seamless system integration by leading API development efforts and managing complex enterprise application integrations.
• Promote knowledge sharing and ongoing learning within the engineering community to drive continuous improvement across all projects.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience working with process Automation Platforms such as Appian / PEGA
• Experience driving workflow transformation projects at a large scale
• Strong technical proficiency in solution development and platform enhancement
• A proven track record of leadership and cross collaboration
• Advanced skills in API development
• Expertise in leading system integration design projects, resulting in improved performance of enterprise applications and streamlined workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture principles that inform strategic planning for technology initiatives.
• Experience promoting an agile environment within engineering teams, encouraging adaptability and continuous improvement.
