Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:
As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and interpreting system requirements, addressing any relevant problems, and ensuring high levels of performance and security. You will collaborate with other professionals to produce software designs, formulate program specifications, and transform these into high-functioning code. Your role will also involve integrating individual software solutions into higher-level systems.

• Design, configure, and implement system solutions that align with business objectives and drive customer improvements.
• Take the lead in administering and developing the ERP software and other corporate systems.
• Develop technical documentation, testing procedures, and training resources for users and stakeholders.
• Facilitate business process mapping and change management activities from a technology perspective.
• Take charge of managing and administering the security, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate systems, providing prompt support and escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate corporate systems with other enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Evaluate new modules and tools to optimise the performance and efficiency of corporate systems.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Systems Analyst position will bring proven experience in systems analysis, along with hands-on experience in software development and system administration. You should have a solid understanding of business practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical details clearly. A degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is required.

• Proven track record as a Business Systems Analyst, specialising in system integration.
• Experience in maintaining Systems, as well as CRMs and their associated integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including expertise in Macro and Document Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and successful implementation and support of Learning Management Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage system configurations and vendor upgrades.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilience and drive to thrive in a fast-paced role.
