Web Content Advisor

This position will be focused on authoring and preparing new webpages in Drupal. Successful candidate will have experience managing web contact for NSW Government departments as well as have familiarity with the WCAG2.0 Guidelines. Strong Drupal experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Quality assurance review and publishing web pages
• Copy-editing for publications, including plain English review, accessibility, inclusive language and applying NSW government
• Applying department’s editorial style guide, NSW government content standards and accessibility standards to any content that comes through
• Management of content, image, and video assets and updating of web pages


Essential Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in Communications or Content Advisor roles
• Strong Drupal experience
• Sitecore experience is a huge advantage but not essential
• Content editor with strong writing ability, structural editing capability and the ability to consider topic context, audience, and structure
• Flexibility with working hours / after hours
