Senior Test Analyst

About This Opportunity In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the test workstream of the Program. You will be actively involved in planning, executing, and documenting all test activities across multiple test cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), Parallel Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a critical program and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes through meticulous testing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Program Test Manager to create a comprehensive test schedule.
• Actively monitor the progress of testing and resolve any emerging issues.
• Work closely with the Program team to develop test cases, scripts, and data.
• Assist the Test Manager in supervising the test execution process.
• Guide and support users throughout the testing phase.
• Track and report defects using test management tools like Jira and Zephyr Scale.
• Coordinate with vendors to track and fix system defects.
• Suggest enhancements to testing processes and strategies to boost efficiency.

• Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective teamwork.
• Excels in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making to tackle complex testing tasks.
• Has an analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and informed decisions.
• Pays high attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring thorough and precise testing.
• Capable of working independently with self-motivation, showing initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
• Maintains a strong work ethic with a proactive attitude, ready to go the extra mile in a fast-paced setting.
• Has over five years of hands-on testing experience within an ERP project test team, preferably in an HCM ERP project.
• Experienced in using Jira and its test management plugin, Zephyr.
• Possesses a solid understanding of testing methodologies coupled with practical execution skills.
