Robert Walters are hiring Recruitment Consultants. We are looking for people to join our Chatswood team. We are looking for applicants with previous experience working within a recruitment or sales role. This role will be very fast paced so you will need to be bubbly, outgoing, proactive and someone who can use your own initiative. Robert Walters has a great work ethic; we encourage growth and give continual training and support.
- Calling existing, pre-existing and new clients to gain and maintain relationships to work towards new business.
- Informing existing clients of new solutions and educating/training them on this
- Ongoing support to clients and gaining feedback to help improve the process
- Building a client and candidate database and maintaining relationships
- Answering inbound calls from existing clients or new clients regarding enquiries and general information
- Liaising with other internal staff members and working in a team environment
- 1 year experience working in a telesales, lead generation or customer service role
- Intermediate in Microsoft word and excel
- Fun, outgoing individual looking to build a career in recruitment
- Great communications skills and well presented
