Based in our Chatswood office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across Sydney within the procurement industry. As leaders in our space, you will have access to a database with existing relationships and a well established team to help guide you in your day to day role.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets while working closely with the team to achieve overall metrics in a fast and competitive environment
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships and develop new business opportunities with prospect clients
- Identify gaps in the market and provide advise and solutions to recruitment and hiring issues with your clients
- Search the market for an exceptional shortlists for your client through posting job adverts and networking in your specialist market
- Interview candidates and provide them with a consultative feedback and brief them prior interviews
Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and previous experience in managing large volumes of contact
- Good business acumen ideally with previous sales or recruitment experience
- Confident in negotiating and able to work in a fast pace and competitive environment.
