Senior Associate - Corporate

We are working on a top tier opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a leading corporate team in Adelaide.

This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate to join this firm's Adelaide office. This role will see you take the lead on high-profile corporate transactions including undertaking due diligence reviews, drafting, reviewing and negotiating core transaction documents; performing legal research on complex issues; and providing mentoring to juniors in the team.



About the role

In this role, the successful candidate will become involved in a range of matters, including but not limited to:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of companies, businesses and real assets;
  • Cross border transactions;
  • Equity Capital Markets (ECM) work;
  • Legal due diligence investigations and reporting; and
  • Advising on corporate governance matters.



About you

  • At least 5 years PQE in corporate law, particularly within M&A;
  • Work well under pressure, meet your deadlines and excel working autonomously;
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and you aren't afraid to use them, internally and externally; and
  • Be passionate about training and mentoring junior lawyers.
