Associate / Senior Associate - Corporate

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a leading Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team in Sydney.

About the role:

This firm operates a flat structure which gives the successful candidate exposure to a number of different Partners within the corporate practice group. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate in the corporate space with a focus on M&A and Equity Capital Markets in their Sydney office. In this role, you will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market across a range of sectors including renewable energy, healthcare, media and government.



About you:

  • At least 3PQE in M&A and ECM matters ideally from a top tier, national or international firm;
  • A desire to be involved in high quality public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work; and
  • The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously as well as the ability to effectively manage smaller matters as well as elements of larger matters concurrently.
