Associate/Senior Associate - Corporate

You will be joining one of Australia's leading law firms as an Associate or Senior Associate in their high-performing corporate team based in Perth.

• Providing corporate advice on high-profile matters
• Supporting and working closely with senior practitioners
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing general commercial and corporate contracts
• Negotiating and finalising M&A transactions
• Supporting equity and debt capital market activities
• Assisting with joint ventures and strategic partnerships
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Perth corporate practice
• Participating in a high-performing, inclusive and team-driven environment

• 2-8 years PQE from a corporate/commercial practice from a reputable law firm or in-house
• Previous experience with corporate advisory work, due diligence and M&A transactions
• Demonstrated commitment to client service with excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills
• High academics
