Lawyer - Corporate

You will be joining a full service international law firm as a Lawyer in their high performing corporate M&A practice based in Perth, with a focus on clients in the resourcing and mining sectors.

• Advising, managing and finalising private M&A transactions for mining and resourcing clients
• Providing advice on various corporate matters
• Handling diverse and challenging legal work including drafting, reviewing and finalising legal documentation
• Supporting and working closely with the Partner

• 2 or 3 years PQE with some experience with M&A and the resourcing sector
• Strong drafting, advisory and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaboration with excellent communication, research and problem-solving skills
• Strong interest in M&A with an eager to learn attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
