What you'll do:

Your day-to-day activities will include working on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters, which may include:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements and other legal documents, ensuring clarity, compliance, and accuracy throughout.
• Managing equity capital markets transactions, ensuring all processes are handled with precision and care.
• Providing comprehensive corporate advisory services.
• Collaborating and contributing with colleagues to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement of internal processes.

What you bring:

• Admission as a solicitor in an Australian jurisdiction with a minimum of three years post-admission experience.
• Experience working with ASX-listed companies and familiarity with ASX Listing Rules is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrable experience presenting to clients and colleagues.
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
