What you'll do:

As a Senior Associate/Special Counsel in Employment Law, you will be at the forefront of the firm's legal services, providing expert advice on complex employment law matters. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, in a lean firm structure.

Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employment law matters
Work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality services
Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Stay abreast of changes in employment law, ensuring compliance at all times
Contribute to the development of strategies and policies related to employment law
Mentor junior members of the team, fostering an environment of learning and growth


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Associate/Special Counsel position brings extensive experience in employment and industrial law, coupled with a deep understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines. Proven experience as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel in Employment Law
Strong understanding of employment law regulations and guidelines

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with changes in law
Experience mentoring junior team members
