You will be joining a leading national financial services company, focusing on employment law issues within the high-performing and diverse employee relations team.

About the Company

About the Role
Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality legal advice in relation to safety and employment governance and compliance for various legal issues
  • Monitoring regulatory and legislative changes to identify issues which may impact the business and the business strategies
  • Established strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand the business motivations and priorities

About You

  • You have a minimum 5PQE with a specialisation in Employment law
  • You have experience providing advice on employment and safety legal issues from advisory, transactional and litigious matters
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
