You will be joining a market leading national financial services company as an employment law advisor with a legal background focusing on employment law issues within a growing, progressive and inclusive team.

About the Company
The company is a market leading financial services company with a strong company focus on inclusivity and support within their teams.


About the Role
Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality legal advice in relation to safety and employment governance and compliance for various legal issues
  • Monitoring regulatory and legislative changes to identify issues which may impact the business and the business strategies
  • Established strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand the business motivations and priorities

About You

  • You have a minimum 2PQE with a specialisation in Employment and Safety law
  • You have experience providing advice on employment and safety legal issues from advisory, transactional and litigious matters
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
