You will be joining a leading financial services company as a Legal Counsel with a focus on commercial contracts.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and working marketing materials
Advising on regulatory changes and policy changes within the business and their impacts and providing strategic legal advice to the business on a range of matters
Establishing effective working relationships with members of the business and external legal providers
About You
You have:
Minimum 3PQE with experience with commercial contracts
Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate complex legal issues in verbal and written reports
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not essential
