You will be joining a Big 4 Bank as a Legal Counsel covering capital markets and securitisation within a flexible and fun legal team.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- You will lead the internal legal stream on a wide range of capital markets transactions
- You will negotiate with a variety of different professionals in different jurisdictions on a wide range of work including;

- preparing offering documents to meet regulatory and listing requirements
- making recommendations regarding disclosure
- supervising or undertaking due diligence enquiries
About You
You have:
- Minimum 3PQE
- Experience in debt or equity capital markets in Australia, US or Europe
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
